26 Degrees Named Best Prime Broker: Start-up & Emerging Funds

Recognised at the Hedgeweek European Awards 2026 for the second consecutive year.

We are delighted to announce that 26 Degrees Global Markets has been named ‘Best Prime Broker: Start-up & Emerging Funds’ at the Hedgeweek European Awards 2026 ceremony, held at County Hall in London on 9 June 2026. 

This marks the second consecutive year that 26 Degrees has received this recognition, highlighting our ongoing commitment to delivering institutional-grade prime brokerage solutions tailored to the needs of start-up and emerging hedge fund managers. 

This year, 26 Degrees was also nominated for the following awards: ‘Prime Broker of the Year: Client Service’ and ‘Prime Broker of the Year: Overall’, reflecting the breadth of our offering and the strength of our client service model.

A full-service prime brokerage offering built for emerging managers  

Over the past 12 months, we have continued to invest in and expand our multi-asset prime brokerage offering. A key milestone was the launch of Cash Equities, providing Direct Market Access to global equity exchanges across 21 countries. This complements our existing institutional-grade offering, delivering market access and execution across foreign exchange, precious metals, index, commodity, and synthetic equities & futures markets.   

We have also continued to grow our Capital Introduction Program, particularly across Europe, where we focus on delivering targeted, mandate-led introductions between managers and allocators. Our approach prioritises quality over quantity, ensuring introductions are driven by strategy fit, timing, and investor objectives rather than broad-based distribution. 

Together, these enhancements enable us to support managers throughout their lifecycle, from launch through to scale, across prime brokerage and capital introduction.
